If you request an appointment from the PEC website, you are providing personal data to PEC. The purpose of our site is to provide ear wax removal appointments and service information.
This requires PEC to store your data and respond to any other requests for information that you have made.
If you decide to book an appointment, the information you provide on the contact form will be used to:
- determine if ear wax removal microsuction is suitable for you
- provide you with relevant information to assist you in booking an appointment
- enable PEC to book you an appointment
- enable PEC to send you appointment reminders & service information.
We have kept to a minimum the amount of required information you need to pass us to access the services on our site.
3. Analytics data
We work with third party analytics firms which analyse and monitor the activity of visitors to our site for the purposes of continually improving the service we can offer our customers.

In order to provide our services, we may need to pass data to other healthcare professionals including your GP but only with your express permission.
