Gill Morosini
Lead Nurse
I started my nursing career in 1979, qualified as an RGN in 1985 initially working in operating theatres as a scrub nurse.
Following this I qualified as a District Nurse in 1988 where I developed an interest in ear care removing wax with the available methods at the time ear irrigation and instrumentation.
In 2010 I completed my BA in Health Care Studies and Advanced Practice which included Non Medical Prescribing working as a Community Matron and then as a Nurse Practitioner in GP Practice.
In 2016 I took early retirement which allowed me the time to upskill and train in the art of Microsuction to remove ear wax. I have gained valuable experience in microsuction, as well as lead nurse I am also a trained mentor for new staff.
